SVC's geographically diverse portfolio of hotels and service focused retail net lease properties are located in 46 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico and Canada. Our hotels range from midscale to upscale select service and extended stay hotels and upscale to luxury full service hotels and are typically located in urban or high density suburban locations generally intended to be convenient for business travelers.

Our service focused net lease properties are well located and include brands and industries that we believe benefit from solid demand drivers. Substantially all our travel centers are full service, are located on or near an interstate highway and offer fuel and non-fuel products and services for professional truck drivers and motorists.
