Service Properties Trust, or SVC, is a real estate investment trust, or REIT, with over $11 billion invested in two asset categories: hotels and service-focused retail net lease properties. As of September 30, 2024, SVC owned 214 hotels with over 36,000 guest rooms throughout the United States and in Puerto Rico and Canada. As of September 30, 2024, SVC also owned 745 service-focused retail net lease properties with over 13.3 million square feet throughout the United States.

SVC is included in 139 market indices and comprises more than 1% of the following indices as of September 30, 2024: Bloomberg Reit Hotels Index (BBREHOTL).
