Lindsey Getz Secretary

Ms. Getz has been Secretary of Service Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SVC) since 2026. She is also an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) and isa member of the RMR Management Committee. She is responsible for legal matters affecting RMR and its client companies. Prior to joining RMR in 2025, Ms. Getz was a Partner at the law firm of Sullivan & Worcester LLP where she advised both public and private companies, with a specialization in public REITs, on a wide range of corporate and security matters. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Government and Women’s Studies from Smith College and a Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University School of Law.
