Hospitality Properties Trust to Present at Credit Suisse Real Estate Conference

EWTON, Mass.--Hospitality Properties Trust (NYSE: HPT) today announced that John Murray, president and chief operating officer, will be presenting at the Credit Suisse Real Estate Conference in New York City on Wednesday, April 11, 2007 at 8:15 a.m. The presentation will be broadcast live over the Internet.

To access the live webcast, participants should visit the HPT web site at www.hptreit.com at least 15 minutes prior to the broadcast to ensure that all the necessary applications are downloaded and installed.

For those unable to participate live, the archived webcast will be available for replay on the HPT web site for about one week after the presentation.
